Annual, in March, near Philadelphia. Many SWLs are are also amateur radio operators. Good time by all. Take a look. |
Where can you find us on the air?
On October 17 I was sidewiped by a 53-foot tractor trailer on I-295, and my SUV was damaged (so were my nerves). I may try using an HT with a magnet mount in the rental car, but activity will be restricted and the signal may not be up to par until the SUV repairs are made (estimating mid-November).
Activity is now mostly limited to VHF/UHF around Trenton and east of Philadelphia. If I am working in the office, weekday commute times are nominally 6a-7a and 3p-4p. Look on these repeaters:
Of course you could always use the telephone... <grin>... or look for us in the Internet Relay Chat room #swl on a Starchat server (c.f. n1dk.com or click here for info).
